his series depicts geometric forms emerging from their protective shell and coming to the surface. As a former sculpture student, Robert used metal casting to cast off the base metal in order to reveal the actual work. Inspired by the anticipation of the birth of his first child, this series combines the idea of revelation with the longing to experience something new. The result is a series of artistic sculptures made of stainless steel that depict the moment of transition between concealment and revelation.
