Unique pieces made of brass, bronze, rusted and stainless steel
The sphere is considered a symbol of wholeness. In the sculptures of this series, it focuses our gaze in an almost magical way and makes it clear that energy is not only about dynamism, but above all about mere existence.
The special Corten steel only rusts on the surface. Philosophically, rusty steel in our works always signifies transience, change, and potential for transformation. In this context, we see stainless steel as the new prominent feature.
Metal harmonizes very well with plants. Almost all of the sculptures on this page are also suitable for outdoor use.
Through the implosion of its geometric core, the object inhales the reflected environment. A contemplation on appearance and reality, frozen in the act of inhaling. With the exhale, an intuitive play of lines emerged from the welding torch. Metal art as meditation.
This series presents geometric bodies emerging from their protective shell and rising to the surface. As a former student of sculpture, Robert used metal casting techniques to strike away the non‑essential, revealing the true work within. Inspired by the anticipation of his first child’s birth, the series intertwines the act of uncovering with the longing to encounter something new. The result is a collection of stainless‑steel sculptures that capture the moment of transition between concealment and appearance.
In the early days of the studio, several objects were created from steel scrap and found materials.
The sphere traditionally symbolizes perfection and completeness. By opening its flawless surface and revealing the shaped interior, it becomes clear that the final, the absolute, the indivisible does not exist.
